 Confidentiality: Your personal information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. We utilize secure hash technology to encrypt phone numbers and account passwords, ensuring your privacy and security.

1. Appointment Cancellations:
    * If you join a consultation and leave for any reason, or if you wish to cancel your appointment before the consultation date, a 50% deduction will be applicable.

1. Book Deliveries:
    * Paperback books are only delivered within India. If you order a paperback book to a foreign address, you will receive an e-book instead, with no refund. Please email us at courses@lunarastro.com to receive the e-book.

1. Refund Requests:
    * Any refund requests must be made within three days of the order or booking. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
    * Lunar Astro Vedic Academy reserves all other refund rights. The refund process will take a minimum of 30 days from the request or approval date, subject to approval by the Lunar Astro team.

1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand.

1. Browser Support Summary:
    * Desktop/Laptop: Updated Chrome and Firefox are the most recommended browsers, with the operating system also updated to the best possible versions. For Fairplay DRM integration, Safari on Desktop can also be used. Please ensure your browser is up to date.
    * Edge on Windows: Latest updated Edge on Windows 10 and Windows 8 is supported. Older versions are not supported.
    * Android (Phone/Tablet): Chrome is the default and most recommended browser for Android devices. In rare cases where Chrome encounters DRM compatibility issues, please try using the latest updated Firefox or Edge browsers.
