Refund Policy for Courses:

• Non-Refundable: Once a course is purchased, it becomes non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for course purchases. Courses are a digital product which is supposed to be used to learning purposes online and is available via recordings – hence refunds for any course and e-book purchase is not feasible.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases where a refund may be considered, it will be determined solely by the Lunar Astro Committee.
• Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it may take up to one month for the refunded amount to be deposited into the respective bank account.

Refund Policy for Books:

We take pride in providing enriching literature through our books. Here is our refund policy for book purchases:

• Paperback Books: Paperback books are only delivered within India. If you order a paperback book to a foreign address, you will receive an e-book instead, with no refund.
• E-Book Substitution: Customers who order paperback books for delivery to foreign addresses will receive an e-book instead. To receive the e-book, please email us at [courses@lunarastro.com].
• Non-Receipt of Books: If your payment has been deducted but you have not received the ordered book, please contact us at [courses@lunarastro.com] to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy for E-Books:

For customers purchasing e-books from Lunar Astro Vedic Academy OPC Pvt. Ltd., please review our refund policy below:

• Non-Refundable: E-book purchases are non-refundable. Once an e-book is purchased, refunds will not be issued.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases where a refund may be considered, it will be determined solely by the Lunar Astro Committee.
• Refund Request Timeframe: Any refund requests for e-book purchases must be made within three days of the order. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.
