The Nakshatra Book -Reason for Writing:- Writer’s Note:-
Five years ago, when I started writing about astrology, it was for one reason only: I wanted to read something soul-satisfying. Yet, when I write a book, I write for myself because this is what I have been searching for in many lives. When I do not find it in any other book, I write it for myself. I am happy that, like me, there are some other people too who are searching for the same nectar and on the same frequency. In this book of Nakshatra padas, although the focus is on stories told by Lord Shiv and their deeper meanings, I have tried to give you a flavor of the energy of Nakshatras. I am in the process of writing a book dedicated only to Nakshatra in detail and will bring that one out soon.
However, this book will enable you to focus on Nakshatra Padas and give you the reason behind every pada. If a planet has occupied a particular Nakshatra Pada, what is the reason behind it?
I am in a process – a journey in which I am learning a lot of things. I am sharing a few of them via blogs, books, and YouTube. By no means, I am perfect or a Guru for anyone but merely an ordinary person who had a dream of Jyotish, which comes from the soul, where things make sense to the heart. Through an understanding of the subject, I can feel more liberated than ever. You might not see complicated Sanskrit words, but you will see the crux of practical knowledge of these Nakshatras being implemented in this book.
Why do Nakshatras Decide Age?
The Moon is a water body that travels to various portions of the zodiac. Depending on atmospheric pressure and the intensity of the star, we get thoughts in our brains, as the Moon controls the emotions of the body. Nakshatras are the Vayu Tattva in the Panchang, and this means our breathing habits are governed by the nakshatra elements. The whole process of how much life oxygen is in water describes the health of a water body.
This means when a water body Moon transits the different parts of the zodiac, depending on the level of oxygen available to the Moon, it describes the quality of Nakshatra. Pushya is an extremely light state of air and is considered the best Nakshatra, as it is located in a part of the sky that is extremely lightweight and provides ample life oxygen to the native. Similarly, when the Moon transits the dense part of the zodiac in Jyestha and Moola nakshatra, the life force of the native is threatened, as now, due to higher density, there is a very low level of oxygen in the water body Moon.
Every human breathes according to the Nakshatra he/she is ruled by, and this is why Nakshatra controls the lifespan based on how you breathe. If you are a short breather, this is a sign of living under constant stress and anxiety. This lack of oxygen in the body will create multiple issues and diseases, as most of your organs are deprived of oxygen, and even your thinking patterns will not be deep enough to bring out the best of your brain. Due to the lack of oxygen in your body, you will have issues like diabetes, liver problems, and much more. When you breathe deeply, first of all, your stress levels go down; secondly, all of your organs start getting enough oxygen to work properly.
I wish all readers all the best.
