  One of my relative trying to crack government job since last 10 years, but every time he is not getting select with very minimal margin like .5 to 1.5 around. if he was not good in study i would have understood but he is been topper in studies, still struggling.
  please advice, do he have government job as his career or if not what is the best career alternative for him.

  Tell him to recite Kaal Bhairav Asthakam & offer Panchamrit on Shivling for 21 Days. Offer lily flower to Saraswati maa & add one tsp Kumkum in copper lota filled with water and offer to Sun. Let me know thereafter.
