IN CHART 45, Let us see what the Rishi is trying convey and then decode the yogas as well the ages from the dictum below:
The native is a simple type of person with medium education. The native’s father was a preacher and had good yields from landed property. Since, the second house to the Sun is aspected by Jupiter the native will migrate from his native place of birth.
He will get engaged in a public institution where he may not earn much or feel happy. Some time later, he will get employment in a cloth mill. When engaged thus, at about the age of 34 he will marry a widow. -

Moon (mind) conjunct with Ketu (separative) makes the native simple. Moon conjunct Ketu with Saturn’s 3rd aspect gives the native a medium education.
The native’s father was a preacher and had good yields from landed property.
Mercury is karaka for public speakers / messengers and conjunct with Sun (father) in Cancer (public dealings). Cancer is in the northern direction and aligned with religious people, teachers and preachers.
Sun (father) conjunct with Mercury (plants) in Cancer (water) and conjunct (based on cardinal direction) with Mars (landed property) enables the father to get good yields from his landed property.
Since, the second house to the Sun is aspected by Jupiter the native will migrate from his native place of birth.
Jupiter aspects the 7H (foreign travel) and the lord of Leo is in Cancer (moving residence). Jupiter also aspects Saturn with his 9th aspect and therefore activates Capricorn (12th house of moving residences) and at the same time Saturn activates Sun/Mercury through his 10th aspect. This also helps activate Capricorn (7th from Sun/Mercury) and will make the native move from his place of birth.
He will get engaged in a public institution where he may not earn much or feel happy.
Sun (public institutions) in the 6H of service will enable the native to work in a public institution however, the 11H (karaka of income) has Moon/Ketu with Saturn’s 3rd aspect and where Ketu will keep the native unhappy and won’t earn much.
Some time later, he will get employment in a cloth mill.
Venus is karaka for cloth and is conjunct with Rahu and Saturn in the West direction. So during transit Saturn’s 2nd round when it reaches Scorpio (Saturn + Mars = machinery / mill) in the 10H, the native gains employment in a cloth mill.
When engaged thus, at about the age of 34 he will marry a widow.
At age 34, both transit Jupiter and transit Saturn will be in Scorpio and aspect Taurus who’s lord Venus (karaka for wife) is conjunct with Rahu. When Scorpio activates at age 34, Mars is activated as well. Natal Mars has his 4th aspect on Venus/Rahu. Venus and Rahu when conjunct become the karaka for widow (outlined in Chart 10 by R.G. Rao Sir as well). Venus, Rahu, Jupiter (religious ceremony) and Saturn (official seal) are all conjunct in the West and indicate that the native will marry a widow. Mars is activated in the 2H of family / marriage and aspects the 5th house of love so it’s conceivable that the marriage is a love marriage.

As for the age 34 as already mentioned in happiness series, it is the 3rd Cycle Venus giving max results of exaltation and meeting Mars there, for marriage, and Rahu for being a widow.
Saturn has Moon – Ketu in 3rd.
Moon is for engaging with public, and 7th to it is Venus (earnings). There is opposition of Moon(happiness) and Venus(money) within Ra-Ke axis, hence in my opinion, Rishi had predicted about the career.12th to Sun is Gemini (communications) with Shukra (teacher) and Rahu (extraordinary) – hence one explanation for Father being a preacher.
