In this chart – Mercury and the Sun are in Pisces. The native will be an intellectual and he will have good education.
Venus in Aquarius with the Sun and Mercury in the next house indicates that the native will hold high places in Government. Further, Venus and Saturn have exchanged places so he may change his profession. He will marry one woman as Venus is in
Aquarius and will have contact with another family woman when Venus contacts Rahu, as Jupiter has Ketu in the next house to him. Karaka for profession – Saturn when transiting Aquarius occupied by Venus will bestow on the native great fame in Government circles. He will have a second wife at the age of 42-44 & when later Saturn transits Virgo, he will rise in his
profession as the Sun aspects Virgo. He will be very rich and own houses. He will have two children from one wife. -
The exchange of Saturn with any planet or Saturn having Cancer / Moon in next house or progressing over Moon in 30 year period, BNN says native changes the profession.
My theory is that Venus in it’s next house has it’s exaltation sign, and sitting there is Sun which is goverment, hence it might be the case of high places in Government. This has also been applied in other charts where Rishi said that Sun in Moon’s exaltation sign, Mother is faithful to father.
Again Saturn transiting Virgo, has it’s exaltation sign in the next house and is aspected by Sun. So person starts rising.
Ra-Ke shows family circle. Jupiter and Venus being mutually outside of Ra-Ke axis shows contact with another woman. As Venus contacts Ra and enters Ra-Ke axis, Rishi says he will contact another woman in family, further in sign of Cancer.

Using Jupiter as Jeevakaraka, the 3H (karaka for intellect and intelligence) has Venus whose depositor is an exalted Saturn. Saturn conjunct with Moon (another Karaka for an intellectual) helps as well.
An exalted 2H (education) lord Saturn is conjunct with Moon (also a karaka for education) giving the native a good education.
Editorial: These predictions were given by R.G. Rao Sir despite the fact that Mercury is debilitated in Pisces. So it seems a debilitated Mercury in Pisces doesn’t prevent an individual from being an intellectual if there are other significations that work to the native’s benefit.Venus in Aquarius with the Sun and Mercury in the next house indicates that the native will hold high places in Government.
With Venus in Aquarius (11H of kalpurush kundli) and exchanging places and with an exalted Saturn helps in several ways.

So when Venus meets Rahu (would be awesome if we could predict when this would happen), having Rahu/Ketu on the Cancer/Capricorn axis are activated where Ketu in 2H of family is activated and as we know that Rahu/Ketu have a retro 2nd aspect as well, causing the native to have an extra-marital relationship with a family woman.

Transit Jupiter will have his 4th cyclic anchor in Pisces (with natal Sun and debilitated natal Mercury) and will be traversing Taurus through Cancer between 42-44 years of age. Jupiter will be in Gemini at 43 whose lord is debilitated in Pisces. Also, we have two malefics on either side of Gemini (natal Mars in Taurus and natal Rahu in Cancer).
Transit Saturn will have his 2nd cyclic anchor in Scorpio (2H of family from Chandra Lagna) and transiting over Aquarius (with natal Venus) and Pisces (with natal Sun and debilitated Mercury) where we already have Jupiter’s sizable influence (see previous paragraph)
Gemini is also the 9H of dharma (generally involved in marriage) from Chandra Lagna and Gemini is also the 7H (house of spouse) from natal Jupiter (Jeevakaraka). So likely that during 42-44, the native will get remarried.
When later Saturn transits Virgo, he will rise in his profession as the Sun aspects Virgo.
In addition to natal Sun aspecting a transiting Saturn in Virgo, transit Saturn will also be aspecting a transit Jupiter with an additional 7th aspect of Mars from Taurus (significator of resources). Finally from natal Jupiter, transiting Saturn will be in the 10H (significator of promotion; in the 10H of profession).
He will be very rich and own houses.
From Chandra Lagna, an exalted Saturn exchanging houses with Venus will give riches. Mars (karaka for houses and land) in Taurus (resources) aspecting the 2H of wealth from Chandra Lagna will provide houses as well.
He will have two children from one wife.
From Chandra Lagna, Saturn and Jupiter will give him two children before Ketu stops additional children for the native.
FYI — Not too thrilled with this rationale since children are generally seen from Jeevakaraka. However, it’s rare for R.G. Rao Sir to include Moon in his charts and since many of the predictions seem to be based on Moon as opposed to Jupiter, I thought it might be a workable rationale for this prediction. Having said that, if someone has a better/different rationale for 2 children, I would absolute love to read about your perspective.Please comment/update/correct.

Natural zodiac 5th house lord Sun (education and intelligence) is conjunct with natural zodiac 3rd lord mercury who is also karaka for intelligence that too in Jupiterian sign of pisces(wisdom). All these gave native good education and intellect.
Ketu in the 10th raised the bar of profession(dwaj-highest point),not satisfied with present position he will change profession for betterment only, as dispositor of ketu which is saturn is exalted in libra venus sign (saturn, venus exchange).
37th/38th year, 4th and 5th house gets activated, first rahu, the native will fall low in morals(4th-morals) and start an affair(5th and sun gets activated). the 5th has aspects of both ven and mars adding fuel and fire to the relation.
At the age of 42-44:
42nd 9th house activates(2nd marriage, as 3rd from 7th)
43rd 10th house gets activated with ketu in it, also 12 th from venus, thereby terminating 1st marriage, exaltation planet mars of capricorn ,gets activated (where ketu posited) is in taurus placed 8th from 7th.
44th year 11th house aquarius gets activated, celebrations, ven sat exchange, saturn in the 7th given 2nd marriage.
From 45th year onwards professinal rise will be there as sun, mercury gets activated and aspect 6th house of job,
46th year 1st house has the aspect of well placed jupiter from 9th,
