IN CHART 38, Let us see what the Rishi is trying convey and then decode the ages as well as yogas from the dictum below:
In this chart, the native will earn name and fame in a Government concern, and will become rich. He will be a highly intellectual type. He will have all kinds of pleasures, and will also have children. He may not have full measure of happiness in his family

As per my understanding, after saturn there is a sun,that’s why rishi is saying he will earn name & fame in government.Sun -Mercury & Mercury-Jup conjunction makes native intellectual. From 25-36 ,3rd house cycle will get activated and 3rd lord is in 9th House and 4th lord is in 2nd exalted so from 25-48 rishi is saying good period,48-55 sun is in 8th house as 5th lord so native will get ill and defame,but not able to understand why till age 55 only ?In 6th cycle Mercury is in 9th house so rishi is saying he may wear sanyasi clothes, between 70-72 ,saturn will meet ketu ,Jup will come in 8th house in transit and in 72 specially 5th house will get activated which lord is in 8th so death can come during 72.

This is a native who will earn name and fame in a Government concern, and will become rich.
Using Saturn as the karaka for profession, we have an exalted Saturn aspecting the Jeevakaraka (Jupiter) with his 3rd aspect and also has his 10th aspect on Rahu. Government and Government service is also signified by the 10H. There are multiple significations of fame in the native’s chart
– 10H is also fame and has Rahu as karaka for expansion of fame
– Jupiter is karaka for fame and aspected by an exalted Saturn (professional fame)
– Venus is also a karaka for fame and is conjunct Saturn (karaka of profession)With Venus in it’s own house conjunct an exalted Saturn in the “1st House” with a malefic in the 2H (malefic in 2nd both from Saturn and also from Jupiter) gives wealth. In addition, the 2HL (Saturn) from Jeevakaraka (Jupiter) is exalted in the 11H of gains with Venus (karaka for wealth).
He will be a highly intellectual type.
Mercury (karaka for intellectual pursuits) conjunct with Jeevakaraka Jupiter (karaka for intelligence and wisdom)

Jupiter during his transit meets Mercury, Mars, Moon, Rahu, Saturn and Venus so likely that he has 2 sons. Mercury is neutral but since it absorbs the energy of the planet next to it, in this case it’s Jupiter (male) so therefore 2 sons.He may not have full measure of happiness in his family life and in respect of his children.
Seems like there are various combinations to support this statement:
– 5HL and 12HL Mars a malefic in the 4H of happiness and comfort at home
– Mars and Venus are on opposing sides from the Rahu Ketu axis and Jupiter 1st meets Ketu (this logic was provided in Chart 36 by R.G. Rao Sir)
– Mars in 4H is also aspected by Rahu with Rahu’s 9th aspect so that’s not good either for family life.
– 2H of family has Ketu (karaka for separation)Karaka for children is Sun who happens to be the 9HL in the 12H of losses and the 8H (kalpursh kundli) of disappointments.
He will have two marriages.
Two reasons:
– 7HL Mercury (multiplicity) conjunct with the Jeevakaraka gives two marriages.
– Ketu’s 2nd aspect (used in Nadi jyotish) on 7HL Mercury will lead to separation with 1st wife.He will pay no heed to what others say and will be dogged in nature.
This native has hit the trifecta of stubbornness. Has an exalted Saturn, an exalted Moon and a weak Mars (4H). All three separately give an individual a dogged/stubborn nature.
His good days will commence from his 24th year, improve in 27-28th year and he will continue to be lucky upto 47. From 48-55 he will be disease-ridden, have loss of finances, and get ill fame.
PS: In calculation of ages and to keep things simple, I’ve tended to place natal Jupiter and Saturn at 0-degree mark which allows their transit cycles to complete in the 12th year or 30th year respectively and in the 12th house from their natal positions. However, as we know in most cases planets generally are not at 0-degree of any Rasi so if Jupiter or Saturn are at 15-degrees, the 12th year cycle or the 30 year cycle will complete in the natal Rasi. This was explained by Deepanshu Sir in one of his lectures. So… it means that even though the years in my explanation may be off by 1-2 years from the prediction in the book, it’s assumed that since the degree of planets is not known, the variance is acceptable. Having said that, convention states that planets in higher degrees should be placed above planets with lesser degrees in a house so in the current chart, Saturn’s degree is higher than Venus and Mercury’s degree is higher than Jupiter.
Age 24
In the 3rd cycle of transit Jupiter, the 12 year cyclic anchor will be in Aquarius, away from the 3rd aspect of natal Saturn during his first 12 years and also the conjunction with Ketu during his 13th to 24th year.Age 27-28
Transit Jupiter will be conjunct with his 3rd cyclic anchor and also at 28 will be in his own house. This will happen as Saturn will be completing his 30 year transit cycle and will be close to moving into Scorpio (his 2nd cyclic anchor) which will drastically reduce the natal Saturn’s 3rd aspect on natal Jupiter.Age 30-48
At reaching 31 years of age, the 2nd cyclic anchor will be firmly in Scorpio and with no 3rd aspect on natal Jupiter, the native will continue to flourish until 47/48.Age 48-55
From 48-55, the native’s Sade-Sati will be activated leading to diseases, loss of finances and ill fame. Other secondary explanations can be provided as well but Sade-Sati is the most prominent and the easiest to explain.He will renovate his old place at the age of 56-57, migrate to a new place and start life afresh.
At age 56-57, Cancer/Leo are activated where we’ll have natal Saturn aspecting Cancer (4H karaka for home) with his 10th aspect leading to renovation of his old place and at the same time we’ll have Jupiter transiting Cancer/Leo and transiting Saturn in Leo where the lord of Leo is in the 12H (changing of residence) and will start a new life.
Two of his sons will earn plenty of money.
Mercury (1st son) has a similar combo as his father Jupiter so will earn plenty of wealth.
Mars (2nd son) has a completed circuit between 1H (self), 2H (wealth), 9H (fortune) and 11H (income/gains).He may wear the Sanyasi clothes and live upto 70-72.
2H from Jeevakaraka is karaka for Sanyas.
10H in Kalpurush Kundli is karaka for Sanyas.
Ketu by itself is also a karaka for Sanyas and Ketu being in the 2H and in Capricorn will most likely make the native a Sanyasi.At age 70, transit Saturn will be in Capricorn and conjunct natal Ketu while transit Jupiter (Jeevakaraka) will be conjunct natal Saturn who also happens to be the marakesh.
His family life will be unhappy as Mars meets the Moon and Rahu in his transits.
A prediction technique similar to the Rahu/Ketu axis technique mentioned above.Please comment/update/correct.

7th House is Gemini (Dual), from Jeevakaraka Jupiter. The other way to look is Venus in own Moola trikona house who is also with Exalted Saturn, so one of his wife is of black complexion and older looking and the other is young person. Father must also have multiple secret relationships.
From Moon as lagna, then 6H also represents sapatni, so he might have two wives or mistress along with wife.

# Name and Fame In Government Concerns, Intellectual Type & Children
Its due to Jupiter and Mercury in 9th H. Because name is mercury which is also the natural lord of 3rd house which is stripes. Government concerns because it is aspecting the 5th H from 9th aspect of jupiter. Jupiter and mercury also will make person intellectual and jupiter in 9th will give children. Also its mentioned that he may not have full happiness in terms of children and family happiness because Sun is in 8th H which is also aspecting the 2nd H.
# Two Marriages
Venus in own house and Saturn exalted there will give that. Exalted & Own rasi planets gives you all the comforts related to that house.
#He will not heed to others & dogged in nature
Because Saturn is aspecting the lagna from 7th(of others) house.
#Good Days After 24 & 27-28
This is due to after 24, 3rd house cycle will start which is of mercury which is in 9th H of fortune. Also in 27th year 5th house will get activated which is the house of jupiter placed in 9th H of fortune. So his good days will start.
#Lucky Till 47
From 48th-60th year Sun will get activated which is in 8th H of misfortunes.
# 48-55 Disease Rodden
But why till 55 is not clear to me. May be because 56th year lagan will get activated which might improve his health

Because 56th year Ma is getting activated and 12th H is getting activated so migrate to new place and something new fresh is starting. But renovation of new home is not clear to me, may be Ma is also land.
