IN CHART 36, Let us see what the Rishi is trying convey and then decode simply the ages as well as yogas from the dictum below:

In this chart, the Sun is in debilitation with Saturn exalted in the same house. The native’s father had “troubles at the birth of the boy”. Though placed in his sign Virgo, the placement of the Sun and Saturn in the second to Mercury puts obstacles in the path of his studies. Saturn has Jupiter in the next house so he will have a decent job. Later on – it shows that Ketu’s position in Capricorn indicates a life of renunciation. With the placement of Mars in Aquarius, he will practice ‘Ayurveda’ for sometime. The contact with the Moon later indicates dealing in chemicals after that Saturn next meets Rahu and later with Mercury in exaltation indicating owning a house, and earning plenty of money from 44-45 onwards.

The good period will continue upto the age of 60 when he may undertake foreign journeys. The Rahu – Ketu axis between Mars in Aquarius and Venus in Leo with Jupiter coming across Ketu at the outset indicates the married life of the nativewill not be happy. He will live up to the age of 74.

In this chart, the Sun is in debilitation with Saturn exalted in the same house. The native’s father had troubles at the birth of the boy.
With Sun (father) in debilitation and Saturn in exaltation, when the boy was born Jupiter’s (Jeevakaraka) position puts his father in the 12H (of troubles and losses).

Though placed in his sign Virgo, the placement of the Sun and Saturn in the second house to Mercury puts obstacles in the path of his studies.

Mercury (education) is exalted in Virgo, however has three hinderances:

      1. Mars’ 8th aspect
      2. in the 6H of obstacles (kalpurush kundli) and
      3. 2H is also education and Mercury has a tough 2H (Libra) to contend with

Saturn has Jupiter in the next house-Hence he will have a decent job.
Jupiter, the 3HL and 6HL (service/job) and a benefic in the 2H next to Saturn shows the native will have a decent job.

Later Ketu’s position in Capricorn indicates a life of renunciation.
Ketu (spirituality) and Mars (focus/determination) where house lord is Saturn (karma) show a life of renunciation. Capricorn is also the sign of karma. I brought in Mars because Mars, Saturn and Sun are conjunct in the Southern direction (3, 7, 11)

With the placement of Mars in Aquarius, he will practice Ayurveda for some time, thereafter.
In a different book of RG Rao’s (Fundamental of Rao’s System of Nadi Astrology), he has indicated that Jupiter+Saturn+D.Tail = Ayurvedic Doctor. In addition, in the same book the author has also indicated that Venus is the secret knowledge of Sanjivini = ayurveda. In this case, Venus is aspecting Mars in Aquarius and therefore the native will practice Ayurveda.

The contact with the Moon later indicates dealing in chemicals.
Saturn (karma) and Moon (liquids) indicates dealing in chemicals. Since Moon is also a karaka for travel it’s also possible that the person may have a career in the travel industry.

Saturn next meets Rahu and later with Mercury in exaltation-indicating owning a house, and earning plenty of money from 44-45 onwards. The good period will continue upto the age of 60 when he may undertake foreign journeys.

In the 2nd cycle of transit Saturn, the 30-year cyclic anchor will activate natal Juptier in Scorpio.

      • Natal Jupiter has a benefic 9th aspect on Rahu and when transit Saturn meets natal Rahu in Cancer (natural 4H of home), it’s likely that the native will own a house. Saturn (karaka for house) also aspects Rahu in Cancer with his 10th aspect.
      • Since Jupiter has been activated in the 2H of wealth (2H from Saturn) and is a benefic, the good period will continue until Saturn completes his 2nd transit cycle at age 60.
Moon (karaka for travel) in the 8H (foreign) may give travel:

      • During the 4th transit of Juptier when Jupiter’s cyclic anchor will be on Aquarius and aspecting Moon with his 5th aspect and also aspecting the 12H (foreign trips) of Libra.
      • During the 3rd transit of Saturn when Saturn’s cyclic anchor will be on Sagittarius and aspecting Moon with his 7th aspect.

The Rahu-Ketu asix between Mars in Aquarius and Venus in Leo with Jupiter coming across Ketu at the outset, the married life of the native-will not be happy.
Will take the author’s word since I don’t have any background on this statement. Having said that, Mars is in his enemy’s house and so is Venus in Leo.

He will live up to 74.
Jupiter is the marakesh for the native. At age 74, transit Jupiter will be in Sagittarius. The 2H from natal Jupiter. In addition, transit Saturn will be in Pisces and here to transit Saturn’s depositor will be Jupiter. Finally, transit Ketu will aspect transit Saturn with his 2nd aspect.

I need help with the following:
      – Could not find any specific documentation that lists the karaka for Ayurveda so if anyone knows of other planets or Rasis or Houses that are karakas for Ayurveda, please post them here.
      – the author lists 44 – 60 for earning plenty of money. Not sure why only 44 – 60. My rationale above was for 31-60.

      Please provide feedback/comment/corrections.
