Aggressive blood cancer

Namaste,

A friend started going through a very aggressive blood cancer – found last June – and has been doing chemo since then. She was able to find a note saying she could be born at 11 pm but it is not sure. The pisces lagna could be fitting but since it is at 5 deg – maybe the prior lagna could apply.

Here are the details:
July 4th 1969
11:00 PM
Harare, Harare, Zimbabwe
Either lagna shows she would be running Ve MD – Ve is 8L hemmed between Su and Sa, and aspected by Ma. Ve is still strong in own sign and aspected by Ju. Why is Ve creating such havoc? Why blood cancer?
There is something I am not seeing and I would really appreciate some help.
